MENTORING
Are you looking to start practicing yoga but group sessions aren't for you?  I would love to help you learn more about yourself and help you get what you want out of your own yoga practice.  Private sessions can involve but are not limited to the following:
  • Restorative practices and set ups
  • Meditation and Pranayama Practices 
  • Individualized attention to alignment, stability and prop use 
  • Advanced asana and transitions
  • Inversions

Private sessions 1 hour rates begin at $175
After becoming a highly successful yoga teacher in the Baltimore area, I would love to help you build your business and teaching skills.  If you choose to meet with me (in person or by phone) for 1 hour we will address the  following:
  • What makes you a special teacher?  Why wouldstudents want to attend your class?
  • Current class schedule
  • Marketing
  • Online teaching skills 
  • Goals (immediate, 1 year, 5 year, and long-term)
You will walk away after our meeting have clear-cut tools and how to make yourself a more successful, stong, and energetic teacher.
